How It Works: The 60-Day Roadmap

Phase 1: Diagnostic & Roadmap (Weeks 1-2)

We start with a deep-dive strategy call where I learn your market, your goals, and where you're starting from
I create your custom implementation roadmap: the specific sequence of what to build and in what order
We set up your direct communication channel (WhatsApp, text, or email)
You begin implementation using Academy materials with your roadmap as the guide

Phase 2: Build & Implement (Weeks 3-8)

Weekly 1:1 calls where we review what you've built and I give you direction for the next piece
Between calls, you implement and follow the roadmap using the Academy materials
When you get stuck, you message me directly. No waiting.
You also attend group coaching calls (up to 3x per week) for additional live support
By the end of 60 days, your system is built, live, and producing leads

Plan on dedicating several hours per week to implementation between our calls. The more time you put in, the faster your system is up and running. I'll help you prioritize so nothing is wasted.

Your Academy access continues for the full 12 months: group coaching calls, community, materials, everything. If you want to continue the private consulting relationship, month-to-month renewal is available. And if you paid in full, you already have 30 extra days of messaging access built in.
